GSF Conference 2025
Our founder, James will be presenting ‘Advance Care Planning at all stages of life’ at The Gold Standards Framework’s annual awards and conference.
The conference and awards ceremony will be attended by around 500 people from accredited organisations and those who are accepting an award.

What Matters Most?
Empowering society to document ‘what matter most’ within an Advance Care Plan is one of, if not our core goal. We look forward to speaking about care planning within the digital realm.
Expect a high intensity talk, to both educate and empower care professionals. It will be technology focused highlighting the important role technology can and is having when improving all areas of Advance Care Planning.

Advance Care Planning at all stages of life
Our talk ‘Advance Care Planning at all stages of life’ will explore both public health approaches and a clinician-led / professionally led approaches.
It will highlight how the two can work symbiotically ensuring that care planning can take place at the suitable time, with an appropriate level of support.
