New Online Palliative Care Diploma - The American University of Beirut

James, the founder of MyWishes recently provided a on-demand course titled ‘Technology and Palliative Care‘ for The American University of Beirut’s Palliative Care’s Online Diploma.

The aim of the session is to highlight the importance technology now has within Palliative Care and to install confidence and skill-sets within the professional should they wish to develop new palliative care technologies in the future. It is one of a number of online seminars that forms part of the AUB’s online diploma in Palliative Care.

Final thoughts

During the my module’s filming, I had a sneak peak of the very high-value course content. I also had the chance to glance over some other (well known and amazing) speakers on the programme. These are both national and international leaders with a wealth of insights and experience within the field of Palliative Care.

Due to my interest in technology and the diploma offered, I asked and (was allowed to…I promise) quickly review the programme’s LMS (Learning Management System). It is both logical and of a high quality.

This course will add huge value to those who undertake it and the organisations who employ and invest in those who participate.
